I stood at the center of an empty room. At 9:00AM I picked up a 7 1/2 lb. stone. Holding the stone level with my stomach I attempted to keep it perpendicular to my body from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. At 1:21PM, after 4 hours and 21 minutes, my arms gave out and the stone fell to the ground.
