On the first day of this piece I picked up a 25 lb. rock. I held this rock in my arms 24 hours a day for a week. Under no circumstances was I allowed to put down the rock unless I was sleeping, in which case the rock had to be in bed with me. I continued this process for 3 consecutive weeks, exchanging the rock from the previous week with a heavier one each week. The rocks weighed 25 lbs., 35 lbs., and 45 lbs.
